Alexandra’s main goal is to discuss your goals and explain in detail how we work. If we’re a good fit, we can discuss your needs in detail and explore strategies and options that would fit you. Or clients routinely tell us how refreshing and enlightening it is to finally feel in control of their employee benefits program.
As the President of Jesse Consulting since its inception in 1997, Alexandra has extensive experience in the employee benefits field. Her passion is working with employers to create a successful plan for them and their employees.
She writes articles on current events useful to employers and employees. Alexandra has been a host on health care reform webinars. She sponsored several international employee benefit seminars with internationally recognized experts from Britain and San Francisco.
Alexandra moved from Sparks, Nevada to Pullman, Washington where she finished her last year of high school and her first year at WSU. A move to Seattle continued her education at UW. After school she began work as a paralegal. In 1980 she moved to Los Angeles and worked in law firms. A few years later, she began her employee benefits career with Great-West Life in Los Angeles, the largest GWL office. She worked with national clients including hospitals, cities, and the entertainment industry.
In 1989 Alexandra moved back to Seattle and worked for A. Foster Higgins, then the large client division of Johnson & Higgins.
Alexandra’s educational background includes sociology and English at UW, she earned a Public Relations Certificate at UCLA.
She has served on the executive board of Seattle SHRM, Program Chair for Bellevue SHRM, HR Roundtable, British American Chamber of Commerce, and Women Business Owners.

Lynn Christofferson has been a disability consultant since 1991. She is an expert in individual, business overhead, buy/sell, key person, and loan protection disability solutions. She is a frequent speaker at NAIFA and Estate Planning Council events. She has a proven track record of effective claims consulting including expert witness testimony.

Michael is a consummate professional with extensive experience in business and personal uses of individual life insurance, long term care solutions, and annuities. He has a deep knowledge of his field and can easily understand what products will fit a specific person or executive team.
He started in the industry at a young age forging his own path as a third-generation insurance wholesaler.
