Our President

As the President of Jesse Consulting since its inception in 1997, Alexandra Jesse has extensive experience in the employee benefits field.

She has been a panelist on health care reform webinars and has written articles on current events.

Also, Jesse Consulting has implemented and sponsored several international employee benefit seminars with internationally recognized speakers from Britain and San Francisco.

Starting in 1980, she began her employee benefits career with Great-West Life in Los Angeles.  Alexandra returned to Seattle in 1989 and worked for A. Foster Higgins & Co., then the large client division of Johnson & Higgins.

Alexandra’s educational background includes Sociology and English at the University of Washington, the Public Relations Certificate Program at UCLA, CEBS and CLU classes.  Her previous career as a paralegal brings special attention to contract analysis.

She has served on the executive board of Seattle SHRM (Society of Human Resource Managers), Program Chair for Bellevue SHRM, HR Roundtable (international human resources), British American Chamber of Commerce (BABC), and Women Business Owners (WBO).
