    • Employee Communication
    Jesse Consulting specializes in writing and designing employee benefits material. Your benefits material will be tailored with your logo and company look. The employee material can be produced in either hard copy or in an electronic version.

    Jesse Consulting provides staff for employee meetings for open enrollment periods and other pertinent benefit times, like the introduction of a new benefit.

    One-Two-Three Service Plan
    Jesse Consulting has a service plan, which responds quickly to claim and enrollment issues. The One-Two-Three Service Plan is:

  • One. Within the first hour of a critical issue Jesse Consulting will have contacted the relevant parties, such as the insurance companies, hospital, doctor's office or pharmacist and contacted you regarding status of the situation.


  • Two. Within the first two hours of a less critical issue the relevant parties are contacted and you are contacted within 24 hours and given a briefing.


  • Three. Within the first three hours of a non-critical issue the relevant parties are contacted and you are contacted with 48 hours with the pertinent information.
